All dishes are traditionally prepared with the freshest ingredients and freshly baked Injera (traditional Ethiopian bread). Taste the difference, and enjoy your dining experience. Ethiopian food is not only a style of cuisine, but a way to eat. Traditionally servings are portioned atop of a large sour dough flatbread called Injera placed inside the mesob, a colorful woven round wicker basket. The Injera is used to pick up bites of the entrées and side dishes.
