Meskerem serves only the finest quality lamb, beef, Chicken, fresh Vegetables and Seafood. All dishes are traditionally prepared with the freshest ingredients and freshly baked Injera (traditional Ethiopian bread). Taste the difference, and enjoy your dining experience.

 

 

Ethiopian food is not only a style of cuisine, but a way to eat. Traditionally servings are portioned atop of a large sour dough flatbread called Injera placed inside the mesob, a colorful woven round wicker basket. The Injera is used to pick up bites of the entrées and side dishes.

Chef Cheikh has over 15 years in Hospitality operations ranging from restaurants, to catering, resorts and private Clubs.
He is service-focused with experience in front and heart-of-house operations. He enjoys safeguarding the authenticity of traditional ethnic dishes. Furthermore, his "Without Borders" approach inspires him to proudly create exceptional hybrid foods.
